Lucy has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry providing exceptional customer service. Some of the positions she has held in the industry are Operations Manager, Retirement Plans Manager, Assistant Vice President, Executive Assistant, Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Transition Coordinator, and Senior Cashier. Lucy is a native of Chicago and moved to San Diego in 1999 where she has continued her career in the financial services industry. Lucy is responsible for managing the IRA Required Minimum Distribution process and ensuring all distributions are taken by the end of each year. She is also responsible for paperwork preparation and processing, monitoring the progress of client requests, distributions or contributions, and plan implementation.
